My husband and I wanted to thank you Larry and Chaz for helping us out last week. On November 18, 2011 I called on Metro Air to come out to my house to service my heater. The office staff made sure that they acquired all information from me that they felt was important. Within one hour of me calling to request service the ladies in the office were calling me to tell me that a technician was headed my way. With in thirty minutes of the ladies giving me a courtesy call, the technician showed up to my door ready to work. The technician that came out was very respectful of my home and my time. He put shoe covers on his feet even after I told him that he did not have to. I would strongly recommend Metro Air Conditioning to anyone because their service is prompt and very fair! We called several air conditioner repair service companies before I found Metro Air Conditioning. Not only was the lady who scheduled the appointment very friendly, she worked with me to make sure that we could find a time that did not cause me to take off of work. The $29 service call was by far the lowest price any of the service companies we called quoted. The technician arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment and was so professional about explaining to me in simple terms exactly what was wrong with my air conditioning unit. We were referred to Metro Air Conditioning Thursday evening. By Friday, 2:30 pm cool air was circulating through our home. Metro Air Conditioning performed a thorough examination of each room, crawl space, interior and exterior areas. The technician from Metro Air Conditioning stated if they could get the master bedroom cool, then they would give us a $500.00 cash refund which was provided in writing. They offered several finance options with very low interest rates which made it affordable and easy to fit into our budget. Metro Air Conditioning's heating and AC replacement estimate detailed step by step the equipment and work that would be performed with replacing the original two units. I would highly recommend Metro Air Conditioning. Their techcian, Larry who represented their company was honest, fair and professional. They put in an aluminum coil unit by Trane and a new thermostat. They cleaned and serviced both units and filled them with freon. They worked with me and did a wonderful job and beat other air conditioning providers in our area. I would use them again and I would ask for Larry. Brenda T.

We were long time customers of a different heating and air condition company. When we had a problem with our unit we called them out. The responding technician said the repair would be $1000 and he would not be able to order the part until the next week. I was disappointed. His next statement of 'you might as well just buy another unit' made me very suspicious as this unit was a fairly new unit. We called another company, Metro Air Condition Heating Services, to get a second opinion. The responding technician, Larry, came out and didn't find anything wrong with the unit, expect an oddly cut wire. The repair was about $80 ($920 less than the recommended repair from the other company and thousands of dollars less than an unnecessary replacement of a new central AC unit). Larry was very professional. When I shared what the prior company recommended and quoted, he simply said that was not what he was seeing as the issue and that he was glad to be able to help. Now that's a good work ethic and strong integrity. We will never go back to the old heating and air condition company we were with before Metro Air Conditioning Heating Services. I was mowing my lawn on Saturday morning and accidentally got too close to my AC unit and broke a line. I called Metro Air Conditioning and Ms. Letha Thompson answered the phone and she listened patiently as I explained my problem. She then assured me that she would put me on the board and a service technician would get back to me. But by it being the weekend, I was a little nervous and concerned that I would be without air for the entire weekend. I continued to call back every hour or so just to make sure I would not be forgotten. Letha was very calm, patient, and understanding and she assured me that I was still on the board and had not been forgotten. This may seem small and insignificant, but it is very difficult to get air conditioner repair servics on the weekend, so she assured me at a time when I needed it the most.
